			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was checking my e-mail the other day, an address that I barely use but I check it just incase someone writes there from years ago&#8230;  at any rate, I get a message from the &#8220;Federal Bureau of Investigation&#8221; wth the subject &#8220;Final Notification of Payment&#8221; and I think, uh oh .. taxes!  what was I to think? until I actually opened the message, when did the FBI start using e-mail address like this? .. here&#8217;s the message, and note the e-mail at the bottom is different:</p>

<p>&lt;Snipped out because it&#8217;s all trying to sound official&#8230; yadda yadda, you are eligeable to receive $7,500,000.00 USD due to an inheritance .. all you have to do is send $120.00 USD to .. &gt;</p>

<p>The gull of these people, I swear .. and the sad thing is that people ARE FALLING FOR THIS .. if they weren&#8217;t, then the scammers wouldn&#8217;t continue to do it &#8230;  so if you get something like this, don&#8217;t be a tard .. <a href="http://www.secretservice.gov/contact_fcd.shtml" target="_blank">report it</a> .. I don&#8217;t know that it will do any good, but it&#8217;s better than ignoring it I&#8217;m sure.</p>
